1. About these Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to tarot readings and related services provided by Anne Dante Tarot through annedante.com.

By requesting and paying for a reading, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

Anne Dante Tarot is a creative and intuitive tarot practice. The readings offered are intended for reflection, self-exploration and personal insight.

2. The readings

Tarot readings are based on intuition and the symbolic interpretation of the cards.

A reading may explore patterns, possibilities, tendencies and potential developments surrounding a question or situation. However, Tarot cannot guarantee a particular outcome, and circumstances and choices may change.

A reading should not be understood as a fixed prediction or as a substitute for professional advice.

I do not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and choices.

3. Who can book a reading

Readings are available only to people aged 18 or over.

By booking a reading, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you are requesting the reading freely and voluntarily.

I reserve the right to decline or cancel a reading where I consider that the request is inappropriate, abusive, unsafe or otherwise incompatible with the nature of my services.

4. Available readings

Three types of reading are currently offered:

Express Reading — €20

A concise reading for one focused question or situation.

Express readings are offered occasionally and subject to availability.

They may be delivered as:

• a short written PDF; or

• a short private video.

Essential Reading — €40

A focused reading exploring one main question or situation in greater depth.

It may be delivered as:

• a personalized written PDF; or

• a private video of approximately 30 minutes.

In-Depth Reading — €80

A more comprehensive reading intended for complex situations, important transitions or questions that require greater depth and exploration.

It may be delivered as:

• an extended personalized written PDF; or

• a private video of approximately 60 minutes.

The approximate length of a reading is provided as a guide rather than a strict guarantee. The value of a reading is based on its content and interpretation rather than on a specific word count or number of minutes.

5. Written and video formats

You may choose whether to receive your reading in written or video format, where both options are available.

Written readings are delivered as a personalized PDF by email.

Video readings are recorded specifically for you and shared through a private or unlisted YouTube link.

Video readings are intended for the person who booked the reading and should not be publicly shared or redistributed.

You may need a Google/YouTube account to access a private or unlisted video, depending on YouTube's current access requirements.

6. Booking and payment

To request a reading, please contact me using the booking/contact method provided on the website.

A reading is considered booked only once payment has been received and the booking has been confirmed.

I will provide the payment instructions and any information needed to complete your booking.

Prices are displayed in euros (€) and are those applicable at the time of booking.

I reserve the right to change prices for future bookings. A price change will not affect a reading that has already been confirmed and paid for.

7. Delivery

The estimated delivery time will depend on the type of reading selected.

As a general guide:

• Express: within 24 hours, when Express readings are available.

• Essential: approximately 2–4 working days.

• In-Depth: approximately 5–10 working days.

These are estimated timeframes rather than guaranteed deadlines.

If an unexpected delay significantly affects your reading, I will communicate this to you as soon as reasonably possible.

8. Cancellations and refunds

Because tarot readings are personalized services created specifically for the individual client, cancellation and refund rights may be affected once work on the reading has begun.

If you wish to cancel a booking, please contact me as soon as possible.

If the reading has not yet been started, I will consider cancellation and refund requests in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

Once I have started preparing a personalized reading, a refund may not be available where the law permits the exclusion of the right of withdrawal for personalized services or services that have begun with the customer's express request.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to remove or restrict any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.

9. Refusal or cancellation of a reading

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a reading, including where:

• the request is abusive, threatening or disrespectful;

• the request involves another person's private information without their consent;

• the reading is being requested on behalf of someone who has not freely agreed to receive it;

• the request is incompatible with the nature of my services;

• circumstances arise that prevent me from providing the reading appropriately.

If I cancel a paid reading before providing the service, I will provide an appropriate refund unless another arrangement has been agreed with you.

10. Personal responsibility

Tarot readings are offered as a reflective and intuitive service.

You understand that the interpretation of a reading is subjective and that the information provided should not be treated as certainty or professional advice.

You are solely responsible for decisions made after receiving a reading.

In particular, readings should not be used as the sole basis for decisions concerning medical treatment, mental health, pregnancy, legal matters, financial investments or other matters where qualified professional advice is appropriate.

11. Confidentiality

I respect the private nature of your reading.

Information you provide for the purpose of preparing your reading will not be publicly shared or published without your permission, except where disclosure is required by law.

12. Intellectual property

All written readings, interpretations, photographs, videos and other original materials created by Anne Dante Tarot remain the intellectual property of Anne Dante Tarot unless otherwise stated.

Your purchased reading is provided for your personal use only.

You may save, print and reread your written reading for personal purposes.

You may watch your private video reading for personal purposes.

Likewise, you may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, publish, commercially exploit or present the reading as your own work without prior written permission.

13. Third-party platforms

Some services may rely on third-party platforms, including email providers, Wix and YouTube.

While I take reasonable care when using these services, I cannot guarantee the uninterrupted availability, security or functionality of third-party platforms.

Their own terms and privacy policies may also apply.

14. Website content

The information provided on this website is for general informational purposes.

I make reasonable efforts to keep the information accurate and up to date, but I do not guarantee that all website content will always be complete, accurate or current.

I may update, modify or remove website content and services at any time.

15. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Anne Dante Tarot shall not be responsible for losses or consequences arising from decisions made by a client based on a tarot reading.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

16. Changes to these Terms

I may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to my services, website or legal requirements.

The latest version will be published on this page with the date of the most recent update.

The Terms applicable to your booking will be those in force when your booking is confirmed.

17. Applicable law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to you under the laws of your country of residence.

Any dispute will first be approached in good faith with the aim of reaching an amicable resolution.

Where applicable, consumers may also have access to alternative dispute resolution or other mechanisms provided by applicable consumer protection law.
